For the perforation treatment of PVC film and its plywood composite material, the physical punching method is used to pretreat the PVC film, and the orthogonal experimental design is used to study the influence of PVC perforation diameter, hot pressing time and hot pressing temperature on the mechanical properties of plywood composites.
A new physical treatment method was developed, namely the perforation of PVC film, and the treated film was used to produce PVC wood composite plywood. The comprehensive effects of hot pressing time, hot pressing temperature and PVC film perforation diameter on the physical and mechanical properties of plywood composites were studied. The heat transfer mechanism of composite materials in the process of hot pressing is also studied.
The perforation of the PVC film can significantly improve the heat transfer and greatly increase the production efficiency of the enterprise. The PVC plastic film is fully melted and penetrated into the veneer during the hot pressing process, forming a good mechanical adhesion force, which is beneficial to the improvement of the adhesion strength.
